Beautiful Decks, full height windows, great light and fireplaces, window seat in living room nice neighborhood, giant trees, some view of the Rims, giant covered patio, large, separate room in basement with walk-in, shelved storage (off a family room with fireplace) for studio/equipment storage. Large dining room with fireplace (small sitting area by fire?) and some openness to kitchen. Big separate laundry room. No place for Alice. Ugly cheap faux-wood laminate floors upstairs and bad vinyl in dining room.
Too bad about no place for Alice. I like it. The pic of the kitchen looks like you could take out that oven wall, leave as half wall, and have an open space. Bad floor upstairs is fixable. Is this one now #1?

Just noticed bushes to left of driveway. Is there room to remove them and replace with cement slab. Alice could stay there. ????
