Art Studio

I'm trying to find studio space to start working on some larger projects. Finding commercial space that is in my budget is tricky. I want large rooms and high ceilings in a neighborhood that is safe but close to busy areas for open studio events. I'm also considering buying "cheap houses" and adapting the rooms for my needs. There is the issue of additional utilities and taxes and such. But could be done...
