Facts:
Price: $225K
4 bed/3 full bath
Walking distance to campus
The front entrance is nice, though a little nondescript (the stairs are part of the concrete slab for the driveway.
Through the front, you enter a tiled, large sunroom.
You walk from the sunroom to either the dining room or the living room. The living room is smaller than the sunroom.
(see the realtor site for the living room pic)
The living room has a non-working, vintage fireplace.
And a weird light fixture.
Off the sunroom is the dining room. It is small, but bright and pretty.
It has a cool, vintage chandelier.
In the dining room is a doorway to the small kitchen.
A large, black fridge is recessed in the wall. There is an odd counter sticking out in front of it (breakfast area?), as well as an odd bit of counter sticking past the cabinets. They are painted, 70s-style cabinets.
There is a newer dishwasher.
Through the kitchen is a stairway to the driveway door and the basement.
In the basement is a small bedroom and a nice, small bath with a shower stall. (pink shower tile, black and white floor)
In the basement is also a large room with recessed lights and an orange carpet (see realtor site)
The laundry room is large with storage shelves and room for a folding table, as well as a washing sink.
There is a little room with a fridge and a small vault.
Back to the living room---there is a long hallway with a single bedroom to the right. and a small, full bathroom (needs shower added?) with pretty tile (the tile on the floor was painted black... it must have been really bad for them to paint it).
There are two sets of cupboards/drawer built-ins in the hallway.
To the left, there is a long hallway with a door. Past the door is a small bedroom with pocket doors (like an office or study), then a HUGE master bedroom.
There are "his" and "her" closets with a large bathroom. The bathroom has a pink tub, and a separate tiled shower.
There are french doors with blinds built into the windows. There is a cute deck made of that modern plastic deck stuff.
There is a big, bright yard with old trees.
Around the back, there is a brick patio deck with a firepit/bbq and a 2 car garage.
Pros: big, close to campus, light, lots of room for a veggie garden, new vinyl fence
Cons: higher price, next to loud-ish street, small kitchen with no obvious way to make it bigger
