Needs new baseboards in the living room (carpet recently pulled--also revealed missing boards near former fireplace); small dining room off living room; vintage door handles. Functional but dated kitchen with eating area. Big garage.

Living room
The front door opens to a tiny nook with a closet (with a window) then into the living room. There used to be carpet, recently removed, but the floors weren't refinished yet. The baseboards weren't redone for wood, probably because they need to be refinished, so that needs to be addressed. Nothing I can't handle. The floors didn't look urgently terribly, but the lack of quarter-round does, as does...
Under the carpet was a void in the floor from a removed fireplace. I could either put in a faux fireplace, or have the floor re-finishers fix it (actually, the entry-way should probably be tile for the muddy, snowy feet, so they might move boards from there.)

Kitchen/breakfast nook
The kitchen has older cupboards with '70s handles on them... new handles and they would work great. The counters are hideous, but in good shape---perhaps new ones of recycled glass like another kitchen i like so much? There are appliances, but they are older.

Dining Room / Deck / Garage
The dining room is small, off the kitchen, and has a sliding door to a deck and stairs to a covered patio, near the two car garage.
There is a staircase up to the high top area for storage. Insane amounts of storage in this one.
Hall / Bathroom
Off the dining room the a hallway with some built-in cabinets and a closet, leading to a small, tiled bathroom with blue tub and toilet. What every modern girl needs.Bedrooms
There are two bedrooms on the main floor with the bathroom between them. The larger has two closets with mirrors. They both have nice floors but could use refinishing/attention to the baseboards.Basement
In the basement is a large laundry room with a sink and room for a folding table and ironing board. A main, large den is lined with built-ins and and knotty-pine paneling. There is some kind of space heater set up like a stove.
There are two, pine-paneled bedrooms and a full bathroom that could use some updating.
I forgot to take a picture of the backyard. It is small, half-covered with trees and half-bright for veggie boxes. Yay!
