Spring break slipping away

Amazing how quickly time goes when you don't want it to.

And how easy it is to lose your groove. Like today, I spent almost 5 hours in the darkroom, making old fashioned silver prints from negatives I checked out of the school archive. I also developed a roll from my new camera. Pretty.

I was compulsively checking the fix the whole time. Funny how something goes bad the minutes you stop looking. I was washing the prints when I saw how bad it was. I thought, oh, I should take those out of the wash and re-fix them. But I didn't. As I watched, they turned more and more gray. Dumb mistake.

But the images are cool. Maybe I'll post them. Maybe not.
